When Lady Gaga won the Fashion Icon Award, she recieved a congratulatory text from 'Anna'. Thinking it was her stylist's assistant, she replied "Yes, bitch, we did it." Vogue Fashion Editor Anna Wintour replied with another text, 'How lovely, and we will all be waiting to see what you will wear.'
